I suggest to the buyer not to sell the said lot. In fact, according to him, the said lot is one of his investments that he purchased at Php 2,900 per sqm five years ago. He loves the location and its environment. And to this day, he is hesitant to sell but with his wife consent, he will sell it for new ventures. His desired selling price is php 3,500 per square but still negotiable. And I believe the price is very competitive on that area.
The best use of the lot is residential. And considering its location, it is highly recommended to investors or to end users.
